You need to be 21 to run in the US, but many companies and driving schools are partnering to give new drivers a couple of years experience (in a type of apprenticeship program) running in Canada before they're old enough to run to the US. If you're shopping for a school, try to find one that is involved in such a program. You can get to work two years earlier in the apprenticeship model that you would otherwise. |
